We are a small, independent business and every item we create is produced in limited quantities and small batches. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and avoid overproduction, but it also means we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you.
