We aim to pack and ship your order quickly and with care. Because we are a small business making and curating products in small batches, shipping times and availability may vary.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment is received.

  • During high-demand periods, high season, or product launches, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

  • Estimated Delivery Times

    • Portugal: 2–5 business days

    • Spain: 3–6 business days

    • Rest of EU: 5–10 business days

    • UK & Switzerland: 7–12 business days (customs may cause delays)

    • Rest of World: 10–20 business days (varies greatly by country and customs)

    These delivery times are estimates only; actual delivery may vary depending on carrier, customs clearance, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Local Pickup 

If you are local to the Lisbon area, you may choose “Local Pickup” at checkout. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a WhatsApp contact to arrange a pick time.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders outside Portugal, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.


5. Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped (where tracking is available for the shipping method selected).


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.

  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first and then notify us so we can help where possible.


7. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.
